Many of the Payatas children can't see the future. Many of these Children are homeless, orphaned, many are living in the streets. Some killed and many abused.

There are many children who are deprived from their development and education, deprived from knowing the truth and pushed to hard work. These Filipino children only know of today.

Poverty strikes this country side as peasant families search for livelihood and peace, driven into urban centers by landless ness and militarization. But these urban centers do not offer a better life. They only offer joblessness, poor wages for those employed, and inhumane living conditions. No education, no running water and no electricity. And no chance to hear the Word of God.
